These Terms of Service govern access to the PokerNode demo environment, which exists so operators can evaluate our game engine technology. PokerNode is a technology provider, not a licensed gambling operator, and the demo does not offer real-money play.
By accessing PokerNode, you confirm that you are legally permitted to access this demo platform in your jurisdiction and are at least the required legal age.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity performed through your account.
Automated abuse, collusion, market manipulation, payment fraud, and attempts to disrupt platform integrity are strictly prohibited.
PokerNode may suspend or terminate access, reverse unauthorized transactions, and cooperate with lawful investigations when policy or legal violations are detected.
